Hire on energy, attitude, passion, shared values. Experience is a dangerous thing!

These are the words of Mike Michalowicz, founder of Obsidian Launch. I recently saw Mike on The Big Idea and was blown away. Then I did some homework and found a youtube clip of an interview with him and the wow factor went through the roof. This guy is outstanding. He’s confident, direct, innovative and creative. It’s awesome!
